Who We Are
Supporting Our Schools
The purpose of the Spencer County Educational Foundation (SCEF) is to foster parent, community and business support for the students, teachers and parents of Spencer County Schools. The Foundation works to increase awareness of SCEF’s mission through marketing efforts to our parents, community and businesses to raise funds and provide grants to support ongoing and new, innovative educational initiatives and programs. This support can be provided directly to Spencer County School programs or to other organizations that assist in reaching its ultimate objective.

Our Vision
To have continuous partnership with the Spencer County Board of Education and each school to help fulfill the needs in the district where additional funding support is needed.
